For New Order:

Once we mark your invoice paid, you will receive an email regarding invoice payment confirmation. You can then check the promotions tab in Gmail for hosting details (nameservers and cpanel logins) in case of new hosting purchase.

OR

Another option is to check the status of your invoice from symbolhost clientarea/portal after few hours, if its status is "paid" you can then check the promotions tab in Gmail for hosting details (cpanel logins and nameservers) im case of new hosting purchase.

For Renewals:

In case of renewals you can check the due date of your product (domain or hosting) after the payment verification email or change of invoice status to paid.
